The Good Feels team is in the process of launching our line of sparkling cannabis beverages. We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Production Team Members to join our amazing team. We are hiring for both full time and part time positions.

Description:

The Production Team Member will learn the process of filling and bottling sparkling beverages. We are seeking someone who will ensure that the quality of our products meets the highest standards. This position will report directly to the production manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Learn and operate filling and bottling equipment per standard operating procedures

  • Troubleshoot equipment as needed

  • Start-up and shutdown of equipment

  • Assist with accurate measurement of ingredients

  • Packaging and organizing finished product

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized workspace

  • Assisting other departments or performing other tasks as needed

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Good Feels is a provisionally licensed Massachusetts cannabis company with an expected launch date of August 2021. We are located conveniently off of the 495 belt.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this position fits the following description:

  • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing required

  • Follow state regulations pertaining to food handling/safety standards

  • Maintains compliance with CCC rules and regulations

  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, squatting, lifting 25 pounds and standing on your feet for long periods

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in support of bottling line operation

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with fellow team members

  • Enthusiasm for fast-acting cannabis products

  • 1-2 years of experience in a brewery or bottling production line preferred

  • Servsafe certification or food safety certification equivalent preferred

  • Availability to work Monday-Friday

  • Candidate must be at least 21 years old per state regulations

  • Must consent to CORI (background check)

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

    Full Time Salary: $41,740/year with benefits

    Part Time Hourly: $20/hour
