We always recommend starting with a half-dose. If a half-dose isn’t enough the first night, feel free to increase to a full-dose.
A half-dose is nearly a full dropper. Don’t worry if you can’t fill the dropper, just try to get it close to 0.75mL.
A full-dose is two of those droppers. Easy.
Prefer water? Feel free to drop a serving into a small amount of water and stir. Sip or shoot it back, you’re in control.
